Top Navigation and Maps Apps in Estonia: Q2 2025 Performance

In the second quarter of 2025, Estonia's top navigation and maps apps displayed varying trends in downloads and revenue on a unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a consistent rise in weekly downloads, starting from around 1K at the beginning of April and reaching over 1.6K by the end of June.

Google Maps experienced a moderate increase in downloads, beginning the quarter with nearly 500 weekly downloads and peaking at 821 downloads in mid-June.

NaviCup showed a significant spike in downloads, particularly in early May with 1.8K, before settling to lower figures towards the end of June.

Google Earth maintained a stable download rate throughout the quarter, ranging from 180 to over 300 downloads weekly.

Yandex Maps & Navigator experienced a gradual increase in both downloads and revenue. Downloads grew from 116 in early April to 264 by the end of June, while weekly revenue fluctuated, peaking at $14.
